Steel Framed Homes

We are now offering Home Framing Kits starting at $10,000. These kits include fully framed wall panels which save time and money with framing, trusses, and all tie downs. Each wall panel comes predrilled and ready for all electrical wiring and plumbing. The kits are number coded and are put together like an erector set for easy assembly. They are engineered to withstand sustained winds of 90 MPH and 3 second gusts up to 110 MPH. The kits can be modified to withstand sustained winds of 110 MPH and gusts up to130 MPH. Building with steel allows for more precise and straighter walls and helps to prevent shrinking, cracking, warping or twisting.

We can also supply you with just the interior wall panels for block homes, if desired.
